ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2022 to the second respondent for further investigating the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that connected complaints were already registered in Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of Economic Offences Wing, Trichy and that they have already forwarded the complaint of the petitioner to the Economic Offences Wing, Trichy.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Trichy and submit 2/4

necessary documents and on production of the same, the concerned police is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
