ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 02.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.6844 of 2023.

2. The learned Counsels appearing on either side submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by way of proceedings dated 23.12.2024, wherein pension proposal of the contempt petitioner has been forwarded to the Office of the Accountant General, Chennai.

3. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 29.11.2024, today the contemnor / 3rd respondent is present before this Court and his further presence is hereby dispensed with.

4. In view of the above said circumstances, this contempt petition stands closed.
