ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner has already filed a similar anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.8597 of 2024 and this Court by order dated 12.06.2024, dismissed the 1/3

petition, based on the representation made on behalf of the respondent police that they have not registered any case as against the petitioner. Now, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the very same apprehension that the respondent police is attempting to arrest him.

3. Even today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that neither a case nor a complaint is pending against the petitioner.

4. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a Salesman and Cashier (in-charge) in the Co-opeartive Society and an enquiry was contemplated with regard to the affairs in the Society and a enquiry report under Section 81 of the Cooperative Society Act has been filed as against the petitioner implicating that he is also responsible for misappropriation of the funds. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that neither a case nor a complaint is pending against the petitioner, there is no apprehension as on today.
