JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2.The appellant has raised certain pay anomaly issues. When her request was placed before the Block Educational Officer, Cheranmahadevi the proposal was merely returned calling upon the appellant to rectify the defects pointed out in the proposal. Instead of rectifying the defects and resubmitting the proposal, the appellant chose to file W.P(MD)No.18176 of 2019. The learned single Judge vide order dated 06.04.2022 dismissed the writ petition on merits. 3.We are of the view that the learned single Judge need not have gone in to the merits of the matter.
4.Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition itself. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the writ petition itself. The appellant is given liberty to workout her rights in the manner known to law. In view of the same, the order of the learned single Judge is set aside.

5.With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
