ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to issue a direction, directing the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and to transfer to the same some other competent fair investigation officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, and RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant .

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed if so advised. 03.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss 2/4
