This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the Special Court for Trail of Spl.SC.No.50 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trail of SC/ST(POA)Act Cases, Pudukkottai, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of his surrender.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner is ready to surrender before the Trial Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there is no previous cases pending against the Petitioner. 4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Special Court for the Exclusive Trail of SC/ST(POA)Act Cases, Pudukkottai, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading of this order in the website of this Court. On such surrender and filing an application seeking bail, the Special Court for the Exclusive Trail of SC/ST(POA)Act Cases, Pudukkottai, shall issue notice to the defacto 2/5
