Respondent/Respondent/Complainant PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., to modify the 1st Condition the petitioner accused shall in the event of arrest by the respondent police or on his surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruchirappalli on or before 25.10.2023 be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime number and the 2nd condition the petitioner / accused should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for a period of 30 days imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.4726 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the 1st condition imposed on the petitioner accused shall in the event of arrest by the respondent police or on his surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruchirappalli on or before 25.10.2023 be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime number and the 2nd condition the petitioner / accused should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for a period of 30 days imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.4726 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a perusal of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can very well approach the Court below for the relief sought for instead of approaching this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the lower Court, who himself, modify the condition imposed by the trial Court.
