ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been prosecuted for non-compliance of the order dated 22.03.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 4156 of 2022 passed by this Court.

The Second Respondent has filed a Review Application in Rev. Appln. (MD) SR. No. 16123 of 2023 to recall the said order dated 22.03.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 4156 of 2022 passed by this Court and the delay of 315 days in filing the same has been condoned by order dated 03.03.2023 (today) in W.M.P. (MD) No. 4520 of 2023 passed by the Court. Further, another Writ Petition in W.P. (MD) No. 15787 of 2022 has been filed by one K.A. Mohammed Hanifa relating to the same controversy, which is pending.

In such circumstances, as the implementation of the order dated 2/4

22.03.2022 in W.P. (MD) No. 4156 of 2022 has to be deferred till the disposal of Rev. Appln. (MD) SR. No. 16123 of 2023 and W.P. (MD) No. 15787 of 2022, the Contempt Petition is closed. 03.03.2023 3/3 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No PKN Note: Issue order copy by 20.03.2023.
