This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the impugned order, dated 28.09.2022, made in M.C.No.14 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Karur.

2.The conditional order passed by this Court on 05.01.2023, directing the revision petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrear amount was not 1/3

complied by him, even it was adjourned to 06.02.2023 for reporting compliant. On that date, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that only a sum of Rs.5,000/- was ordered as monthly maintenance and that was also not complied by the revision petitioner. She has also filed execution petition before the concerned Court. That was also resisted by the revision petitioner. Therefore, the matter has been listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. In view of the above, this criminal revision petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
