2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. In the complaint it has been stated that this petitioner along with the fifth respondent, in the absence of the defacto complainant, misappropriated a huge amount. In pursuance of the above said incident, summon was issued to the parties. On enquiry, the fifth respondent stated that only this petitioner has misappropriated the amount. This petitioner has not responded to the summons.

4. Let the petitioner co-operate with the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout remedy through appropriate proceedings.
