MAHENDRARAJAN.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition had been filed seeking to modify the conditions in Para No.8 and 8(b) in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13568 of 2022 passed by this Court, dated 14.11.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.15047 of 2022 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are belonging to the same family and that they may be permitted to furnish one surety.

4.The learned Government Advocate also would submit that the petitioners are belonging to the same family. 5.Considering the submission made on either side, this Petition is partly allowed and the Petitioners are permitted to furnish one surety. The order of this Court, dated 14.11.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13568 of 2022 is modified accordingly.
