Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S BALAJI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.8370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9525 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.8370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9525 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required on receipt of summon.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
