ORDER

2.The petitioner sought grant of ordinary leave. The petitioner's request was rejected vide communication dated 09.05.2024. This order will have to be questioned by filing a Writ of Certiorari. A Writ of Mandamus will not lie. It is open to the writ petitioner herein to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by challenging the communication.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
