ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the final report pertaining to the case in Crime No. 378 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of police, Palanichettypatti, Theni district and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concern.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.917 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above S.T.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
