This Court has issued directions to consider the petitioner's claim based on the documents and pass orders.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Contemnors submitted that they had considered the claim and passed order, dated 28.11.2024 in R.C.No.9347/23/B5/TRY. The claim of the petitioner was declined. Further the Contemnors have filed a separate writ petition challenging the settlement order. In the said writ petition all the 16 persons were impleaded as parties. Therefore, the parties shall abide the outcome of the order passed in the writ petition. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order passed by this Court is complied with. 2/4
