ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's wife is the landlord of the premises in question. The petitioner alleges that in the petition mentioned premises, a cow was illegally buried. Certain allegations have been made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3.The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that all the allegations set out in the affidavit are false. He also adds that what has been buried is not a cow but it is a jallikattu bull. 4.I am not impressed by the allegations of cow sacrifice made by the petitioner. I have however been sparred the trouble of going into the issue further on account of the fair stand taken by the third respondent. The third respondent through his counsel states that he himself will exhume and bury the 2/4

dead cattle in some other appropriate place. I permit him to do so. This is shall be done within a period of six weeks.

4.Recording the submission of the third respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
