(CRIME NO.21/2014) ... RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.20689/2021 on 12.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20689 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20689 of 2021 dated 02.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
