2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is a case of elopement. Even before the Division Bench of this Court, while hearing the case in H.C.P(MD) No.667 of 2023, this matter was informed to the Division Bench of this Court, report was submitted. A special team is formed to secure the missing girl. There is no phone facility available to her, so the fourth respondent is not in a position to 2/5

get any clue.

3. In view of the formation of special team, let the above said investigation be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
