ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.10384 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, dismissing the petition filed under Sections 457 r/w 451of Cr.P.C.

2. It is evident from the records that the respondent police seized the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-65-BY-4726 (TVS Radeon) in connection with the case in Crime No.110 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(a) of TNP Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Prohibition Enforcement Division, Ramanathapuram, has already issued proceedings, dated 12.07.2024, confiscating the vehicle in dispute and also produced the copy of the proceedings.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed.
