... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP. (MD).No.17436 of 2022 dt.28.10.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VAIYADURAI V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17436 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17436 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of 1 week and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.14941 of 2022 thereafter, the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m,

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
