ORDER:- These Writ Petitions are coming on for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance "on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Ashok Kumar Ram, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.C.Baskaran, Government Advocate, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: These Writ petitions are posted for reporting compliance.
