..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order passed in H.S.(M) CONFDL.No.221/2022 dated 27.10.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue or body of the detenue namely, the petitioner's son i.e., Velmurugan aged about 23 years, S/o. Pitchaih, now detained at the Central prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

2. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
