(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment passed by this Court dated 20.11.2023 in W.A.(MD)No.1787 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. In view of the order passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Kanniyakumari, dated 21.11.2024, which was pursuant to the directions in Paragraph No.39 of the judgment passed in W.A.(MD).No.1787 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 21.11.2024, in the manner known to law. (M.S.R.,J.)
