ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Usilampatti and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai for further enquiry. 1/4

2.The Court record indicates that both the parties agreed for resolving the dispute amicably through mediation. Therefore, the case was referred to mediation, wherein a settlement has been reached between the parties and the settlement agreement has been signed by them in the presence of the mediator on 15.02.2023. The relevant portion of the settlement agreement reads as under:- "6.The Following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto A.Both parties agreed for a settlement after Mediation proceedings.

B.In the petitioner M.Uma Maheswari asked for monthly payment of Rs.7,000/- (Rs.Seven Thousand Only) for herself and her son Shasvanth aged 5 years old for every month March 2023. C.The respondent J.Muthuraja agreed to pay Rs.7,000/- (Rs.Seven Thousand Only) for every month on or before 10th of each month. Both of them agreed for a re-union after 6 months. D.Both parties agreed to withdraw the case pending before the Courts of Law between them."

3.In view of the aforesaid settlement agreement signed between the parties, there is no scope for passing any further orders in this petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
