ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 296(b), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.not known on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only a petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 07.11.2024 and the respondent shall complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.
