of petitioner dated 23.10.2024 and to pass suitable orders on the same by placing the petitioner as Jeep Driver in the vacancies at Kadaiyam Union Office or Alangulam Union Office and even as Jeep Driver to some other officer at the office of Keelapavoor.

O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Jeep driver working in the 3rd respondent office, challenging the order of his deputation from Keelapavoor Panchayat Union Office to Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union Office.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has been transferred to a place which is 60Km. away and during the non academic period.

3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents due to administrative exigency, the petitioner has been deputed from Keelapavoor Panchayat Union office to Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union Office.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation on 23.10.2024, seeking transfer to any other nearby place. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that, the petitioner has not joined in the deputed place.

5. In view of the above said facts, this Court cannot interfere with the said order of deputation. The petitioner is directed to join in the deputed place on or before 11.11.2024. After joining in the deputed place, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 23.10.2024, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
