O R D E R

The Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenue/petitioner's wife namely Nisha, aged about 37 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Actually the matter has to be listed on 30.10.2024. On mention being made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the case has been listed today in the additional list. Information was also given to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and he is also present.

3. The detenue/wife of the petitioner is produced. She stated that she is working in a baniyan company at Tirupur. The address of the said company is "Arternes Apparels, 8/1813-A-Ponnammal Nagar, 1st Street, Pandian Nagar, P.N.Road, Tirupur-641602"

4. We cannot resolve the marital dispute but we only express upon the petitioner and the detenue to take a decision about their future.
