Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned proceedings of the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR) , Madurai, and quash the same. ORDER: This Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.S.Jeyakarthik, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru.S.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor, for first and second respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to grant time of Two weeks to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16276 of 2019, dated 15.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though, this Court had directed the petitioners to pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11295 of 2019 a sum of Rs.5,000/-on or before 25.11.2019 to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, the copy of the order was made ready only on 05.12.2019, thereby, he seeks further time to comply with the order, dated 25.11.2019. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by Two Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 25.11.2019.
