This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.11.2019 a case has been registered in crime No. 856 of 2019 for the offence under Section 307 of IPC as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18535 of 2019 against the third and fourth respondent and the respondent police are taking effective steps to arrest the accused persons.
