When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and further action has been dropped and the report has been despatched to the concerned Court on 27.07.2019. However, since copies have not been served on the petitioner/de-facto complainant, the learned Magistrate has not taken the final report on file. 2.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report on the petitioner and on receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is entitled to proceed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in accordance with law.

3.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
