The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in R.C.A.No.18 of 2022 from the file of the Rent Control Appellate Court (Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli) and to transfer the same to other competent Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court in C.R.P(MD)No.2640 of 2022, directed the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli/Rent Control Authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order, but the Rent Control Authority has adjourned the case again and again and that he has not complied with the directions of this Court .

3. It is seen from the 'B' diary, the case is being adjourned again and again and the learned appellate authority has not complied with the directions of this Court.

4. Considering the above, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is hereby directed to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.18 of 2022 within a period of one month from today. Registry is directed to call for an explanation from the concerned Officer.

5. With the above observation and direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. 31.10.2023 Note : Registry is directed to call for an explanation from the concerned Officer.
