Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is working as Headmaster in Adi Dravidar Welfare High School, Kottayampettai, Trichy. On account of the impugned order, he is facing the prospect of recovery. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent.

3. The petitioner is aged about 59 years and he is at the verge of retirement. I therefore direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.11.2022 filed against the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
