ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the first condition " the petitioner/accused are ordered to be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to the credit of the case in crime number before the trial Court imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No.4893 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case this Court is of the view that as against the modification of the condition in anticipatory bail granted by the Court below, revision only lies.

4. In view of the above the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court.
