O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed. The closure report was placed before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that there was a counter complaint against the petitioner. Based on which, FIR in Cr.No. 323 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Sections 2/4

294(b) IPC, 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act. In that FIR, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai and it was taken on file as S.C.No.136 of 2023.

4.Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
