ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 19.10.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Manoharan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This petition is filed to restore the revision case in Crl.RC (MD)No.935 of 2022, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 19.10.2022.

CRL MP(MD).No. 15806 of 2022 petition was filed against the order of dismissal of discharge petition, that was passed by this Court on 13.12.2021.
