ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 498(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.18507 of 2019 3.The petitioner's counsel stated that the matter can be resolved through Mediation. The matter was referred to Mediation. 4.The petitioner's counsel now states that the first petitioner appeared. But then, the second respondent did not appear.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also states that till date, no FIR has been registered.

6.Therefore, I am of the view that in the event of the first respondent registering an FIR, the first respondent shall intimate the petitioners herein about the registration of the FIR and give breathing time to the petitioners herein to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. This direction is given, since this petition has not been adjudicated on merits.

7.With this direction to the first respondent, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
