PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the house site property comprised in present UDR Survey No.524/8 situated at Thuvakudi Malai North, Tiruvarambur Municipality, Trichy District and to make corrections in the Revenue Records to correct the father of Erstwhile owner M.R.Krishnan Son of Ramalingam instead of Son of Radha for survey No.524/8 thereby consider the representation dated 16.10.2024.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the house site property comprised in UDR Survey No.524/8 situated in Thuvakudi Malai North, Thiruvarambur Municipality, Trichy District. The petitioner has further prayed to make correction in the 'A' Register relating to the father's name of the erstwhile owner for the above said property.

2.The petitioner has given a representation on 16.10.2024. The first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 16.10.2024 relating to correction in 'A' Register and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After corrections are carried out, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of patta for the above said property and pass orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 2/4

3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
