ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce person or body of the petitioner's wife namely Muthupandiayammal aged about 30 years and set her at liberty and to produce person or body of the petitioner's son Akash aged about 12 years and to give custody to the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that based upon the above said complaint the missing woman was secured and during the course of enquiry the wife of the petitioner stated that she wanted to go along with her parents. So recording the above said statement the complaint has been closed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
