ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The impugned order has been passed pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13343 of 2022, dated 29.08.2023 by invoking Sections 56 and 57 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. As against the said order, a special revision lies under Section 80-A of the said Act. Therefore, granting 15 days time to the petitioner to file a revision before the Government, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
