ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to issue lookout notice to the accused persons, namely, Baby Shalini, Vijaya and Agalyain in connection with Crime No.1413 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after investigation, the second respondent police has filed absconding charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same is pending in C.C.No.234 of 2022 and Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) was ordered to be issued and that they are taking steps to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) pending against the accused persons. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to take necessary steps to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) against the accused persons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
