ADVANCE ORDER In the result, this Suo Motu Transfer Petition stands disposed and Spl.C.C.No.7 of 2025, on the file of the learned learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni District pending against the accused is hereby quashed. Accused is confined in District Jail, Thekkampatti, Theni. The Jailer, District Jail, Thekkampatti, Theni District is hereby directed to release him forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
