2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for TANGEDCO submitted that the petition mentioned works 2/4

shall be completed without drawing any line over the petitioner's patta lands or erecting any electric pole thereon. The official respondents are confident of effecting appropriate realignment. 3.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
