[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ['HCP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed in this Court on 16.10.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mr.A.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for HCP petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP but made a plea that all the rights of the petitioner may please be preserved for working out remedies in other Court / Courts / Forum / Fora / Authority / Authorities with a suitable petition.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, we accede to the request of learned counsel for HCP petitioner. This means Page No.2 of 4

captioned HCP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn without expressing any view or opinion on the merits of the matter and preserving all the rights and contentions of petitioner, absentee, third respondent or any other persons concerned with the matter for connected/collateral proceedings in any other Court / Courts / Forum / Fora / Authority/ Authorities, which shall deal with any such matter pending or to be initiated in future on its own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by this order which has been made for the limited purpose of giving a closure to the habeas legal drill on hand. There shall be no order as to costs.
