RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 7814 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 3888 of 2022, Dated. 08.07.2022 by this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7814 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3888 of 2022 dated 08.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the investigation has been completed and the case was taken on filed in P.R.C.No.33 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.MP(MD)No.7814 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3888 of 2022 dated 08.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before (*)the Principal District Judge, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one week i.e., starting from 08.12.2022 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
