This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land situated in S.No. 343/1B, 1D, Komperipatti Post, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District as per his Challan, dated 05.07.2024. 2.By consent of both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 5th respondent. Perused the materials on record. 4.Though the petitioner made an application for survey and paid necessary charges for the same, due to the objection raised by the private respondents the survey could not be conducted by the respondents 1 to 4. The petitioner has submitted his representation on 21.10.2024 to expedite the process of survey and demarcation of boundaries. However, there is no action on the side of the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is constraint to file the aforesaid writ petition.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though larger relief is sought for, he will be satisfied if his representation, dated 21.10.2024 is considered by the respondents 1 to 4 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3/5

6.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2024 in accordance with law within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
