When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the compromise arose between the parties, they were entered into a new tenancy agreement. Hence, he seeks permission of 1/4

this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
