PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for records in T.R.No. 2023/0103/28/394074TR dated 31.03.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal.

O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order of rejection passed by the third respondent, dated 31.03.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate bring the notice of this Court that as against the rejection order passed by the third respondent, the first respondent is already seized of the matter and is conducting necessary enquiry.

3.In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry pending on its file after hearing all 2/4

the interested parties and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the decision of the first respondent, the second respondent shall consequently consider the petitioner's application for transfer of patta.
