ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 30.07.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Srivilliputtur.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2018 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur has sent a report.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petition itself in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Srivilliputtur, was disposed of on 16.08.2020.

4. But, as per the report received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, the said original petition in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2018 was disposed of by order dated 16.10.2020.

5. Whatever the date it may be, it appears that the original petition has already been disposed of.

6. In view of the above, as already the original petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

7. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 31.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes abr
