ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.85 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai to be transferred to Sub Court, Madurai, on the ground that she is residing in Madurai along with her parents and her three years old child.

2. However, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband objected for the said transfer.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner / wife is residing at Madurai and she is having three years old child, H.M.O.P.No.85 of 2020 pending on the file of Sub Court, Devakottai, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Madurai.

4. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm TO:
