This petition has been filed to quash the impunged proceedings in summons issued by the first respondent, dated 02.12.2019 as against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that the second respondent appeared in person before the first respondent police and given a letter seeking not to pursue the matter any further and the respondent has also recorded his statement.
